Cashew Hummus

1 cup raw cashews

    1/4 cup tahini
      1/3 cup lemon juice
        2 cloves garlic, crushed
          1/2 teaspoon salt
            1 teaspoon cumin
              1/8-1/4 teaspoon cayenne
                water
                  chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
