With summer here and grilling in full swing, it is important to have a few simple marinades up your sleeve. So here you go...
Chicken or Fish Marinade1/2 cup olive oil
Juice of four lemons or limes (whichever you prefer)
1 tablespoon honey
2 tsp of kosher salt
1 tsp of garlic powder
Dash of pepper
2 tablespoons of parsley
Beef Marinade3/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce
2 tsp of kosher salt
1 tsp of garlic powder
Dash of Worcestershire Sauce
Dash of pepper
It is best to marinade the meat or fish overnight, but as long as you have a couple hours to marinade it is worth it!
