Weekend Challenge

Get those Triceps talkin!

5 Tricep focused Push-ups
20 Seconds of Plank (focus on engaging the biceps)
10 Tricep Dips (Shoulders back and away from the ears)
5 Sets of the Hundred (pumping the arms vigorously and focusing on keeping
the shoulder blades off the ground)

Repeat a total of 4x.
